Here is the exact Client Portal template I use to run my design agency.

Advantages of using a client portal:

• All files in 1 place (contract, invoice, design files).

• Link to all of your forms! Clients will thank you.

• Clients feel excited about how professional and organized you are.

• Clients have visibility over tasks and deadlines. (yours & theirs).

• No more scrambling through multiple emails to find files, it's all here.

  
  

After duplicating it, you'll just have to add the button links under "Getting to know you" & "Write a review" sections:

• Client Info

• Questionnaire

• Calendar appointments

Forms can be created in Notion, or you can use external services, like google forms. I use notion for all my forms and provide a link to my google calendar for client call appointments.
